Terms and Conditions of Sale

Timeless Youth LP (“We”) is a limited partnership, incorporated in England and having its registered office situated at Suite 7046, 128 Aldersgate Street, Barbican, London EC1A 4AE, England.
These terms and conditions of sale (later – “Conditions”) govern the sale of products (later – “goods”, “products”) by Timeless Youth LP to you on the website https://timelessyouthlp.com/.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Timeless Youth LP and you - the customer. Please read these Conditions carefully before purchasing Timeless Youth LP products. By ordering our products, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Our Contract
1.1. When you place an order on our website to purchase goods from us, this constitutes an "Offer to Buy" from you. We will call you to confirm your order (“Order Confirmation”). At this stage the Contract between us will be formed.
1.2. All orders are subject to our Terms and conditions of sale and we reserve the right to cancel or suspend your order based on these Conditions.
2. Price
2.1. The prices payable for goods as set out in the website, including the VAT and delivery costs.
3. Payment
3.1. We'll send you an Invoice setting out the cost of your purchase we have supplied.
4. Ownership and Title
4.1. All ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage in the product you have purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which such product handled to the currier.
5. Electronic Communications
5.1. When you transact with Ideal Promo LP or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your legal rights.
6. Amendments to the Conditions
6.1. We reserve the right to make changes to our policies, and these terms and conditions of sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions of sale in force at the time that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
7. Waiver
7.1. If you breach these Conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Conditions.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. Your relationship with us is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Our liability to you for breaking any of these Terms and Conditions is limited to refunding any money you've already paid for items that you haven't received or that you've returned within the agreed timescales and in the required condition. We won't be liable for any other loss or damages, unless the loss or damages are caused by our negligence or our breach of these terms and conditions.
9.2. We do not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, offers, specifications and descriptions. We will endeavour to do our best to correct errors and omissions as soon as practicable after we become aware of them. We shall be under no obligation to dispatch an order for products/offers which have been advertised incorrectly but we shall give you the option to either cancel the order or confirm the order at the correct price.
